Advanced, Non-Abrasive
Industrial Cleaning

A powerful, eco-friendly cleaning solution for sensitive and heavy-duty industrial environments. Non-abrasive, non-conductive, and leaves absolutely no residue behind.

The Process

What Is Dry Ice
Blasting?

Dry ice blasting is an innovative cleaning process that uses recycled CO₂ in its solid form — dry ice pellets — to remove contaminants from surfaces. The pellets are accelerated through compressed air and impact the surface at high velocity, delivering three simultaneous effects that lift and eliminate virtually any contaminant.

Unlike sandblasting, pressure washing, or chemical cleaning, dry ice blasting is completely non-abrasive and leaves no secondary waste. No water damage. No chemical residue. No expensive cleanup — just pristine surfaces ready for immediate use.
How It Works
01
Impact

Dry ice pellets hit the contaminated surface at high speed, delivering kinetic energy directly to the contaminant layer.

02
Thermal Shock

Extreme cold (−78.5°C / −109.3°F) causes contaminants to become brittle, crack, and lose adhesion.

03
Sublimation

Pellets instantly convert from solid to gas, expanding 800× in volume and lifting contaminants away from the surface.

04
Zero Residue

CO₂ dissipates harmlessly into the atmosphere. Only the removed contaminant remains to be swept away.

Why It Works

Key Benefits of
Dry Ice Blasting

Six reasons industries across Trinidad & Tobago are choosing dry ice blasting over conventional cleaning methods.

Non-Abrasive

Safe for delicate machinery, electrical wiring, and protective coatings. Will not damage substrate surfaces or alter dimensional tolerances.

No Secondary Waste

Only the removed contaminant requires disposal. Dry ice sublimates completely, leaving zero cleaning residue or secondary waste stream.

Non-Conductive

Completely safe for use around electrical equipment, control panels, switchgear, and sensitive electronics — no shutdown required.

Environmentally Friendly

No harmful chemicals, no water consumption, and uses recycled CO₂ captured from existing industrial processes — not adding new emissions.

Reduced Downtime

Equipment is often cleaned in place without disassembly, eliminating lengthy teardown, drying, and reassembly times that cost you production hours.

Enhanced Safety & Inspection

Improves workplace safety by removing slip hazards and chemical exposure, and leaves surfaces clean enough for accurate inspection and maintenance.

In Practice

Typical
Use Cases

Real-world applications where dry ice blasting consistently delivers superior results over conventional cleaning alternatives.

Cleaning Electrical Panels

Remove dust, oil, and contaminants from electrical panels and control systems without shutting down operations or risking electrical damage — the non-conductive nature of dry ice makes this uniquely safe.

Oil & Gas Equipment Degreasing

Effectively remove heavy grease buildup from pumps, valves, and compressors in refineries and offshore platforms without disassembly, cutting turnaround time significantly.

Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration

Restore equipment and facilities after fire damage by removing soot, char, and smoke residue without causing additional harm to surfaces or structure.

Manufacturing Mould Cleaning

Clean production moulds and tooling quickly between runs without lengthy cooling periods or risk of mould damage — production-ready faster with better surface quality.

Food Processing Sanitation

Achieve FDA-compliant sanitation in food processing facilities without chemical residue or moisture that could contaminate products or trigger shutdowns.

Historical Restoration

Gently clean delicate historical surfaces, monuments, and artefacts without abrasion or permanent damage — preserving heritage while removing decades of grime.
